COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP IS NOW TIERED!
What does this mean for you?
Now, instead of being an individual member to the Community, we have created a system to allow each member organization to manage your own company membership internally, allowing you access to and information regarding your account at any time.
We also have choices for students and individuals.
How?
Choose a point of contact to administer individual access for employees of your company, or just act on your own behalf as a student or individual.
If you're renewing what WAS an individual membership but you're part of an organization, or you are new to the Living Building Community and your company is considering joining, you'll join based on your revenue and/or the size of your company PER OFFICE LOCATION.
If you are a student, an individual business owner, or an individual not associated with an organization, you will register accordingly.
Please use the table below to determine what TIER your single office location falls under:
| TIER CATEGORIES |
PRICE (US) - ANNUAL FEE |
|---|---|
| TIER I: Student (full time) | $45 |
| TIER II: Individual | $125 |
| TIER III: Small NGO (<10 people) OR Educational Establishment | $300 |
| TIER IV: Business (annual revenue <$1M) OR Medium NGO (10-49 people) | $500 |
| TIER V: Business (annual revenue $1-10M) OR Large NGO (50+ people) | $750 |
| TIER VI: Business (annual revenue $10-100M) | $1500 |
| TIER VII: Business (annual revenue $100-500M) | $2500 |
| TIER VIII: Business (annual revenue >$500M) |
$3500 |
NOTE: The individual registering for membership should be the point of contact for your organization. This person will administer the account internally at your organization, with the help of ILBI. Full instructions will be given to the point of contact on how to add members to your company's account.
EXAMPLE:
You are an employee of Acme Organization and will be the point of contact within your organization for Acme's Living Building Company Community membership. Choose the TIER your single office organization falls under, and register accordingly.
After registration, you will provided instructions on how to add members from your organization to your company's Community membership. You will then administer Acme's account internally, with ILBI an email or phone call away to help with the process.
Please note that Cascadia individual membership is separate from USGBC and CaGBC corporate membership, although some discounts apply. Refer to Cascadia’s website for more information.
